During collection launches, promotions, or holiday periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
All orders are shipped from Melbourne.
We offer Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
For postage to remote areas of QLD, WA and NT, standard shipping may take up to 14 days, with express shipping taking up to 6 days.

Tracking
All orders include tracked postage.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do our best to ensure every parcel arrives safely, Briolee is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Briolee cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrectly supplied addresses.

Change of Mind
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, pieces must be:

Free from marks, damage, perfumes, lotions, or signs of wear
Once approved, customers may choose between:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Earrings & Hygeine
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
This policy ensures every Briolee piece reaches its new home in pristine condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging every order. In the unlikely event your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@briolee.com.
